Influenza vaccines will be given yearly in the fall.  They are recommended for all children 6 months to 18 years.

Vaccines are listed in boldface and are given according to the recommended schedule provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Clicking on the above links will bring you to the Vaccine Information Sheets provided by the CDC.

**Children over the age of 1 year will be given catch up doses of Hepatitis A. Children who are under the age of 5 and have not received any doses of Prevnar-13 will be given a catch up dose.

Physical exams after five years are done yearly with urinalysis and occasional hemoglobins.  Tuberculosis tests are done as needed.

Please note: We are using the "Universal Child Health Form" used by the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Almost all schools and camps now accept this form, and we fill out this form at no charge to you. There will be a $5.00 charge for filling out any additional forms; please contact our office for more information.  Additional information about extra office charges may be viewed here as well.

Children with special needs (e.g. premature infants) may be seen on a more frequent basis during the first year.
